DIRECTOR DEALINGS - Xplorer Chairman Buys 13K Shares; AGM Date Set

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investing firm Xplorer plc said that Non-Executive Chairman John Davies Thursday bought 13,000 ordinary shares, or 0.12% of the company, at a price of 22.1p pence per share. The purchase is Davies' only holding in the company.

The company also said it would hold its annual general meeting on September 30.

Xplorer shares were quoted Thursday afternoon at 22.10 pence, down 0.65p or 2.9%.
