LONDON (Alliance News) - Colour cosmetics supplier Warpaint London said Sara Bazini and Laura Macleod, wives of the company's joint chief executive officers, each sold 1.3 million shares at a price of 233.825 pence per share on Monday.
Following this transaction, worth GBP6.1 million, joint CEOs Samuel Bazini and Eoin Macleod - an their associated persons - now hold 19.3 million shares each in Warpaint, reflecting a 25% stake each in the company.
Warpaint said the share sale had been done to satisfy institutional demand.
Shares in Warpaint London were trading down 1.2% at 232.25 pence each on Tuesday.
