LONDON (Alliance News) - Palace Capital PLC said Hanneke Silvester, wife of Finance Director Stephen Silvester, bought shares in the company on Wednesday.
Silvester acquired 2,148 shares at a price of 370p per share on Wednesday. The shares are Stephen Silvester's only beneficial holding in the company.
The stock was flat at 370.00p Wednesday.
