(Alliance News) - VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC said Wednesday that Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, a firm closely associated with Director Richard Levy, purchased around GBP51,300 in shares in a deal on Tuesday.
Victory Park bought 70,184 shares at a price of 72.8 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Victory Park now holds overall.
Shares in VPC Specialty Lending Investments were up 0.8% at 73.40 pence on Wednesday.
