DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Venture Life Executive Buys 15,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Venture Life Group PLC Monday said Gianluca Braguti, director of manufacturing, purchased 15,000 shares, of which 1,000 were purchased at 95 pence per share, and 14,000 were purchased at 100p per share Friday.

Braguti holds 7 million shares in Venture Life, representing 23.2% of the issued share capital.

Shares in the healthcare company were untraded at 97.00p Monday.
