(Alliance News) - Tracsis PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Mac Andrade bought 4,118 shares on Friday last week, his first shares in the company.
The shares were purchased for 607 pence each. The stock was quoted at 622.75p on Tuesday, up 2.9% on the day.
Andrade was appointed to the Tracsis board in November of last year. He is a former senior manager at transport firms FirstGroup PLC and Network Rail and at power firms Scottish & Southern Energy and National Grid PLC.
Tracsis provides software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, such as passenger analytics.
