Time Out Group PLC - London-based media and hospitality company - Chief Executive Officer Chris Ohlund and Chief Financial Officer Matthew Pritchard buy shares. Ohlund buys GBP125,000 worth shares at 8 pence each on Wednesday, while Pritchard picks up GBP20,000 worth of stock at the same price, also on Wednesday. In addition, Oakley Capital Ltd, closely associated with Non-Executive Chair Peter Dubens buys just under GBP5.8 million of shares

Savannah Energy PLC - London-based firm focused on hydrocarbon and renewable energy projects in Africa - Non-Executive Director Mark Iannotti buys 1.5 million shares at 8.1 pence each on Thursday. Worth total GBP121,500.
