Chief Technology Officer David Moss sold 520,000 shares at 1,530.00 pence for a total worth of GBP8.0 million. After the sale Moss holds approximately 4% of the shares in the company.
Director of Sales Martin Flood sold 300,000 shares for the same price, for GBP4.6 million. After the transaction Flood holds a 0.4% stake in the company.
Finally Chief Evangelist Patrick Geary sold 260,000 shares at the same price for GBP4.0 million. After the transaction Geary has a 0.8% holding in the company.
Shares in the robotic software company closed at 1,610.00p, up 3.3%.
