LONDON (Alliance News) - The Character Group PLC Wednesday said that Cedarberg Investments Ltd sold 176,120 Character shares at GBP5.30 each which were then bought by TOPS Pension Fund at the same price.
The Character Group said that its chairman, Richard King, is beneficially interested in both companies, and following the transaction his interest in the Character Group remains unchanged at 332,286 shares, representing 1.6% of its issued share capital.
Shares in the Character Group closed up 0.5% at 535.00 pence on Wednesday.
