(Alliance News) - Tharisa PLC said Friday Company Secretary Sanet de Witt sold around ZAR1.5 million in shares in two transactions on Thursday.
Witt sold 50,000 shares at a price of ZAR20.00 per share, or ZAR1.1 million in total in the first transaction.
For the second, 20,000 shares were disposed of for ZAR21.50 each, or ZAR430,000. It has not been disclosed how many shares Witt now holds overall.
Shares in the mining-focused investment firm remained flat at ZAR21.75 in Johannesburg, while its London shares were down 0.6% at 110.3 pence.
