(Alliance News) - TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC on Monday said Executive Director Charles Dunstone purchased around GBP6.3 million in stock across two transactions.
On Friday, Dunstone bought 3.0 million shares at a price of 104.08 pence per share, totalling GBP3.1 million.
On Monday, he acquired another 3.0 million shares for 104.92p each, for a total of GBP3.2 million. It has not been disclosed how many shares Dunstone holds overall, but he now has a 29% interest in the company.
Shares in the FTSE 250 telecommunications firm were up 0.6% at 105.30 pence on Monday.
