DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Renold Senior Executives Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Renold said Finance Director Ian Scapens bought shares in the industrial chains and transmission products company.In a transaction on Tuesday, Scapens purchased 189,580 shares at a price of 26.37 pence each, worth GBP50,000.In addition Mandy Harper, a person connected to its Chairman Mark Harper, bought shares in two transactions on Wednesday.Mandy purchased 96,525 shares in each transaction, at a price of 25.9 pence each. The value of purchase following both transactions totalled GBP50,000.Shares in Renold closed 15% higher at 30.00p each.----------Keras Resources said Chief Executive Officer Russell Lamming purchased 4.0 million shares at a price of 0.35 pence per share through two transactions on Wednesday and Thursday. Following the transaction, Lamming now holds 60.2 million shares in total, reflecting a 2.7% stake in the company. Shares in the mineral resources company closed up 5.1% at 0.39p. ----------Henry Boot, a construction and property development company, said Group Finance Director Darren Littlewood purchased 7,206 shares at a price of 299.00 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Littlewood now holds in the company following the GBP21,545 deal. Shares in Henry Boot closed up 2.4% at 298.00p each.----------Science in Sport, which makes sports products including energy bars and water bottles, said Marketing Director Ashley Read sold 55,556 shares at a price of 81.6 pence per share on Tuesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Read now holds in the company following the GBP45,334 deal. Shares in Science in Sport closed down 1.2% at 81.02p each.----------Georgia Capital said that Chief Executive Officer Irakli Gilauri bought 50,000 shares in the company in two separate transaction. On Tuesday, Gilauri acquired 15,000 shares for 1,077 pence each and on Wedensday he bought 35,000 shares at 1,160p each, for a combined total consideration of GBP567,550. In addition, on Wednesday, the company said that Non-Executive Director William Huyett bought shares through its trust W.I. Huyett Revocable Trust.Huyett acquired 6,500 shares at 1120p each for a total of GBP72,800. Georgia Capital shares closed up 2.5% at 1,005p. ----------Online gaming operator Stride Gaming said that Chief Financial Officer Ronen Kannor bought 39,273 shares. In a deal concluded on Wednesday, Kannor bought the shares at 155 pence each for a total consideration of GBP60,873. Stride Gaming shares closed up 1.4% at 150.50p. ----------AB Dynamics said Chief Technical Officer Stephen Neads sold shares in the manufacturing company. In a transaction last Friday, Neads disposed 25,000 shares at a price of 1,045.00 pence each, worth GBP261,250. Shares in AB Dynamics closed 0.3% lower at 1,042.02p each. Following the transaction, the company said Neads holds 82,986 shares, representing a 0.4% interest.----------Shopping centre investor Hammerson said that Executive Director Jean-Philippe Mouton sold shares in the company on Wednesday. Mouton sold 44,471 shares at 552.78 pence each, totalling GBP245,827. Following the sale, Mouton has a beneficial holding of 341,701 Hammerson shares. Hammerson closed down 1.2% at 547.00p in London, while in Johannesburg it closed up 0.7% at ZAR92.91.----------Old Mutual said Quilter Non-Executive Chairman Glyn Jones bought shares on Wednesday. Jones bought 268,792 shares in dual-listed Old Mutual at a price of 240.60 pence each, the transaction totalling around GBP646,713. London-listed shares in Old Mutual closed down 0.1% at 241.12p, while Johannesburg-listed shares closed up 0.4% at ZAR40.39. Last Friday, Old Mutual shareholders overwhelmingly approved its 'managed separation', which would see it list Quilter - formerly Old Mutual Wealth - in London and Johannesburg.----------Caledonia Investments said that Non-Executive Director Guy Davison bought 8,100 shares. In the transaction completed on Wednesday, Davison purchased the shares at 2,725 pence each for a total worth of GBP220,725. His total stake in the FTSE 250-listed investment company following the deal was undisclosed. Caledonia Investments shares were trading higher 0.4% at 2,720.00p each.----------Stilo International said that Non-Executive Chairman David Ashman bought 475,000 shares. Ashman purchased the shares at 3.7 pence each for a total of GBP14,250 in a transaction concluded on Tuesday. Following the purchase, Ashman and people associated with him hold 24.1 million share representing 21% holding in the cloud services developer. Stilo International shares closed 14% higher at 4.00p each.----------
