CareTech Holdings PLC - Sheikh Holdings Group (Investments) Ltd takes interest in 750,000 shares via a contract for difference taken out on Saturday at 435p. Sheikh Holdings is owned by the Sheikh family, including Executive Chair Farouq Sheikh and CEO Haroon Sheikh. Farouq Sheikh is now interested in 638,919 shares, while Haroon Sheikh is interested in 690,226 shares, each about 0.6% of the company's total.
