DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Blue Prism CCO Sells GBP6 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.----------Blue Prism Group said Chief Customer Officer Neil Wright sold shares in the robotic process automation company.Wright disposed 300,000 shares at a price of 1,990 pence each, totalling GBP6.0 million.Shares in Blue Prism closed up 0.4% at 2,000.00p each.Following the deal, Wright held 430,205 shares, representing 0.6% interest. The company also noted that Wright has no current intention to make any further sales of shares.----------Proteome Sciences said Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle purchased shares in the science research company. In a transaction on Monday, Diggle bought 500,000 shares at a price of 350p each, worth GBP1.8 million. Shares in Proteome closed down 2.2% at 3.61p each. Following the transaction Diggle holds 58.3 million shares, representing 20% interest.----------UIL said Duncan Saville, on behalf of joint portfolio manager Azure Ltd, purchased shares in the investment company. In a transaction on Friday, Saville acquired 50,000 shares at a price of 179p each, totalling GBP89,500. Shares in UIL closed up 1.8% at 182.74p each.----------Hill & Smith Holdings said Chairman Jock Lennox purchased shares in the FTSE 250-listed construction products company. In a transaction on Monday, Lennox sold 3,500 shares at a price of 1,022.00p each, worth GBP35,770. Shares in Hill & Smith closed up 6.4% at 1,099.98p each.----------InterContinental Hotels Group said Chief Financial Officer Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson disposed shares in the FTSE 100-listed hospitality company. In a transaction on Thursday last week, Edgecliffe-Johnson sold 15,500 shares at a price of 4,700p each, worth GBP728,500. Shares in InterContinental Hotels closed 0.4% higher at 4,742.00p each.----------Quilter said Corporate Finance Director Mark Satchel and Chief Executive of Old Mutual Wealth Steven Levin, both acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed financial services company. In a transaction on Friday, Satchel bought 30,000 shares at a price of 149.25p each, worth GBP44,775. Meanwhile, in two transactions on Monday, Levin purchased 30,000 shares at 146.03p each and further 30,000 shares at 146.18p each, totalling GBP87,663. Shares in Quilter closed 1.5% higher at 148.00p each.----------
