LONDON (Alliance News) - STV Group PLC said non-executive Chairman Margaret Ford purchased 7,470 shares at 316.90 pence per share Tuesday, raising her total holding in the television producer and broadcaster to 23,258 shares.
STV shares closed Tuesday at 314.70 pence, up 1.4%.
