LONDON (Alliance News) - SpaceandPeople PLC Friday said Chief Executive Matthew Bending bought 6,700 shares at a price of 72.6 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Bending now holds 2.1 million shares, which represents 10.77% stake in the firm.
Shares in the marketing and advertising company were quoted at 71.75 pence down 1.0% Friday morning.
