DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Sirius Real Estate CFO Buys 92,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - German-focused business park operator Sirius Real Estate Ltd Friday said Chief Financial Officer Alistair Marks bought 92,000 shares at EUR0.54 each on Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Marks now holds 2.4 million shares, or a 0.29% stake.

The stock was up 3.7% at EUR0.5675 Friday.
