LONDON (Alliance News) - Shaftesbury PLC said Elizabeth Ward, a person closely associated with Finance Director Chris Ward, acquired shares in the real estate investment trust in a transaction on Wednesday.
Elizabeth Ward bought 2,043 shares at a price of 876 pence each, totalling GBP17,987.
Shares in Shaftesbury were trading 0.7% higher on Wednesday at 883.00p each.
