DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Servoca CEO Buys 10,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Servoca PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Andy Church purchased 10,000 shares through his self invested personal pension, at a price of 12 pence per share Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Church holds 6 million shares, which represents 4.80% of the total voting rights.

Shares in the recruitment company were down 5.9% at 12.00p Thursday.
