DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Redx Pharma Chairman, Non-Executives Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Drug discovery and development company Redx Pharma PLC on Friday said its chairman and two non-executive directors bought shares in the company on Thursday.

Chairman Frank Armstrong bought 6,250 shares while non-executive directors Norman Molyneux and Peter Jackson bought 6,250 and 5,625 shares each, respectively.

Armstrong now owns a 0.03% stake in the company, while Molyneux owns 0.4% and Jackson owns 5.0%.

Shares in Redx were up 0.9% to 80.75p on Friday.
