LONDON (Alliance News) - Quarto Group Inc Wednesday said that Senior Independent Director Michael Hartley bought 3,000 shares on Tuesday for 142.5 pence each.
Hartley now holds a total of 5,000 shares in the company.
Quarto shares were trading 3.2% higher Wednesday afternoon, at 145.00 pence.
