LONDON (Alliance News) - Proton Power Systems PLC Thursday said Business Development and Investor Relations Director, Thomas Melczer, has sold 250,000 shares at an average price of 2.875 pence over the last five weeks.
Melczer's remaining holding is 500,000 shares or 0.078% of the company's issued share capital.
Proton Power Systems shares were Thursday quoted at 3.5 pence, down 0.5 pence, or 12.5%.
