(Alliance News) - Picton Property Income Ltd said Tuesday Non-Executive Director Maria Bentley has acquired GBP68,971 worth of shares in the property investor over three separate deals on Friday.
Bentley bought 25,000 shares at 92.53 pence, for GBP23,133, then another 25,000 shares at 92.94p, for GBP23,235, before finally adding 24,436 shares at 92.50p, for GBP22,603.
The three deals is now the total sum of Bentley's stake in the investment firm, totalling 0.01% of Picton's issued share capital.
Shares in Picton Property Income closed 0.4% lower in London on Tuesday at 91.60 pence each.
