DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Petro Matad Non-Executive Buys 70,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Petro Matad Ltd Monday said Non-Executive Director Ridvan Karpuz bought 70,000 shares at a price of 6.2 pence per share Friday.

Following this transaction, Karpuz has a beneficial interest in 690,788 Shares, representing 0.25% of the current issued share capital.

Shares in the oil exploration company were down 4.0% at 6.0p Monday afternoon.
