DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Pathfinder Minerals CEO Buys 450,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pathfinder Minerals PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Trew bought 450,000 shares through his private pension scheme at a price of 0.4 pence each.

Following the transaction, Trew's total beneficial interest is now 94.4 million shares, equivalent to 9.1% of the total issued share capital.

Shares in the mining company were down 1.2% at 0.420 pence Thursday afternoon.
