(Alliance News) - Palace Capital PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Mickola Wilson bought GBP32,580 worth of shares.
Wilson purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 325.80 pence per share on Tuesday.
Shares in the London-based commercial real estate firm were up 0.3% at 324.50p each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
Following the transaction, Wilson holds 10,000 shares, representing 0.02% of Palace Capital's voting rights.
