LONDON (Alliance News) - Old Mutual Ltd said on Friday Non-Executive Director Ingrid Johnson sold shares worth GBP2.5 million during the week.
On Monday, Johnson sold 633,443 shares at a price of 163.426p each, for a total of GBP1.0 million. Then, on Tuesday, she sold 220,174 shares at 159.0535p each for a total of GBP350,194.
On Wednesday, Johnson sold 679,826 shares at a price of 159.5966p each, for a total of GBP1.1 million.
Her holding in Old Mutual following the transactions was not disclosed.
Shares in the financial services firm were down 1.9% at 153.42p on Friday in London, and 1.4% lower at ZAR29.67 in Johannesburg.
