DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Newmark Security Technical Director Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - Newmark Security PLC on Friday said Technical Director Colin Leatherbarrow purchased shares in the electronic and physical security systems provider.

In a transaction on Thursday, Leatherbarrow acquired 212,575 shares at a price of 0.60 pence each, totalling GBP127,545.

It has not been disclosed how many shares Leatherbarrow holds following this purchase.

Newmark Security shares were trading 7.4% higher in London on Friday at 0.70p each.
