LONDON (Alliance News) - Nanoco Group PLC on Thursday said both its chief executive and chief technology officer sold shares in the company.
CEO Michael Edelman sold 2.0 million shares at an average price of 45.70 pence each across Tuesday to Thursday. The sale was worth GBP914,000.
Meanwhile, technology officer Nigel Pickett sold 227,653 shares over the same time period, at an average price of 49.62p each. His sale was worth GBP112,953.
Neither of their respective holdings in Nanoco following the transactions were given.
Shares in Nanoco closed down 4.2% at 45.045 pence on Thursday.
