LONDON (Alliance News) - MobilityOne Limited Friday said its Chief Executive, Hussian Rahman, bought 13,080,000 shares in the company at a price of 2.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Rahman now holds 53,465,724 shares, which represents a 50.2% stake in the firm.
The company also said its Executive Director, Derrick Chai Kah Wah, bought 1,943,000 shares in the company at a price of 2.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Wah now holds 1,943,000 shares, which represents a 1.8% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading down 11.11% at 2 pence Friday.
