LONDON (Alliance News) - Lead and zinc miner Minco PLC on Friday said Rowan Maule, a director of the company, sold 60% of his shares on Monday.
Maule sold 500,000 Minco shares for 1.1 pence per share, leaving him with 325,000 shares in the company.
Shares in Minco were up 0.9% to 1.135 pence on Friday.
