LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 25,000 shares at a price of 530 pence per share on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Sheppard now holds 13.1 million shares in the trust, reflecting a 53% stake in the company.
Shares in Manchester & London Investment Trust closed down 0.2% at 532.00p on Thursday.
