LONDON (Alliance News) - Learning Technologies Group PLC Thursday said Deputy Chairman Harry Hill bought 20,000 shares at 37.50 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following the purchase, Hill now holds 2.0 million shares, which equals a 0.49% stake in the e-learning services group.
The stock was up 0.7% at 37.25p Thursday.
