(Sharecast News) - Kier Group revealed on Wednesday that chief operating officer Claudio Veritiero had disposed of and immediately repurchased 17,291 ordinary shares in the London-listed construction and infrastructure firm.
Veritiero, who took on the role of chief operating officer back in August 2018, repurchased the shares at an average price of 118.0p each, for a total value of £20,403.38.
The transaction was undertaken as part of Veritiero's personal financial planning and would be held in an ISA. His beneficial holding remained unchanged.
Veritiero's wife, Clare, also sold in aggregate 16,783 ordinary shares before repurchasing them at 118.0p each.
As of 1630 BST, Kier shares had lost 1.95% to 115.50p.
