LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter US Smaller Companies Trust PLC said Non-Executive Chairman Chairman Gordon Grender bought 15 shares at a price of 630.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Grender holds 34,850 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the firm.
In addition, Senior Independent Director Norman Bachop bought 16 shares a price of 630.5 pence per share. Bachop now holds 34,875 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the firm.
The stock closed up 0.8% at 627.50 pence Thursday.
