DIRECTOR DEALINGS: John Lewis of Hungerford Director Sells 3.5 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - John Lewis of Hungerford PLC Non-Executive Director John Lewis sold 3.5 million shares in the company at 0.85 pence each on Tuesday.

In a statement, the company said the director now has a beneficial interest in about 69.0 million shares, equivalent to a 36.9% stake in the company, including 6.4 million options over shares in connection with a long term incentive plan.
