(Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said Thursday that Chair Richard Last purchased around GBP87,840 in shares in a deal on Wednesday.

Last bought 120,000 shares at a price of 73.20 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares he now holds following this transaction.

Shares in the exhibitions and conferences organiser closed 0.2% higher at 73.32 pence on Thursday.
