LONDON (Alliance News) - International Personal Finance PLC on Wednesday said non-executive directors Bronwyn Syiek and John Mangelaars acquired shares in the company.
Syiek on Friday bought 20,000 shares at 176.25 pence each for a total of GBP35,200.
On Tuesday, Mangelaars acquired 15,000 shares at 174.35p for GBP26,100.
None of the directors' total interest in the firm following the acquisitions was disclosed.
International Personal Finance shares were trading down 1.3% at 169.60p each on Wednesday afternoon.
