LONDON (Alliance News) - Intercede Group PLC said Thursday that non-executive director Ian Drew purchased 30,000 shares on Wednesday at a price of 100.00 pence per share.
Drew's purchase increased his total holding in the identity software firm to 47,000 shares, or 0.10% of the total.
In early trading Thursday, Intercede shares were quoted at 102.00p, up 5.50p or 5.7%.
