DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Intercede Group Exec Chairman And CEO Purchases Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Intercede Group PLC Tuesday said that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Parris, purchased shares last Friday and Monday at two difference prices, for his self-invested personal pension.

Richard Parris now holds almost 5.6 million shares in the company, representing a 11.48% interest in the company.

Intercede shares were 7.8% higher Tuesday midday at 118.00 pence per share.
