LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydrodec Group PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Mary Archer bought 426,839 shares at a price of 2.34 pence per share Thursday.
The purchase is Archer's only holding in the group.
The stock was closed down 7.5% at 2.15p Friday.
