LONDON (Alliance News) - Hill & Smith Holdings PLC said on Monday that Chief Executive Derek Muir and his wife Diane Muir have collectively sold GBP123,800 in stock on Friday last week.
Derek sold 7,000 shares at a price of GBP12.28 per share, while his wife Diane sold 3,000 shares at the same price for each.
Following this transaction, Derek Muir now holds 362,356 shares in total.
Shares in the FTSE 250 construction products manufacturer closed down 0.3% at 1,239.00 pence on Monday.
