Purplebricks Group PLC - Solihull, West Midlands-based estate agency - Independent Non-Executive Director Simon Downing buys 257,884 shares at 97.3 pence, worth GBP250,921, on Tuesday. Downing now has 891,384 shares, a 0.3% stake.

Greggs PLC - Newcastle Upon Tyne-based bakery chain - Finance Director Richard Hutton and associate Joanna Hutton sell 9,000 shares at GBP23.30 on Tuesday and 1,000 shares at GBP22.50 on Thursday last week, together worth GBP232,200.

Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield-based construction and property development - Chief Executive Officer Tim Roberts and two family members buy 37,000 shares at GBP2.69 to GBP2.71, worth GBP99,760, on Thursday last week and on Tuesday this week. Robert started as CEO at the beginning of 2020, joining Henry Boot from British Land Co PLC.
