LONDON (Alliance News) - Heavitree Brewery PLC Friday said Chairman Nicholas Henry Parnell Tucker transfered 79,385 'A' Limited Voting Shares and 59,840 shares bought to his wife at no cost Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Tucker's notifiable interest is unchanged at 742,215 shares (and 79,385 'A' Limited Voting Shares, representing 37.2% and 2.41% respectively, of the relevant share capital.
The brewery company also said, non-executive Director Katherine Susannah Pease-Watkin on Thursday transfered of 6,500 'A' Limited Voting Shares to her daughter at no cost. As her daughter has now reached the age of 18 years a total of 19,500 'A' Limited Voting Shares should be removed from Pease-Watkin's holding, therefore following the above transaction she is notifiable interested in 57,138 'A' Limited Voting Shares and 27,088 shares.
Shares were trading down 4.6% at 340.00 pence Friday morning.
