(Alliance News) - Gresham House Strategic PLC said Tuesday that Suzanne Staveley, the spouse of Richard Staveley, managing director of the Strategic Public Equity division, bought GBP20,090 in stock in a transaction on Monday.
Suzanne purchased 1,960 shares at a price of 1,025 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares the Staveleys now hold following this transaction.
Shares in the investment firm closed 0.5% higher at 1,025.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
