LONDON (Alliance News) - Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd Friday said that GRECAP Ltd, a company in which Greka's Chairman and Chief Executive Randeep Grewal is beneficially interested in, bought 14.5 million shares at a price of 0.8 pence each.
Following this transaction Grewal now has an interest in 326.6 million shares, or a 79.73% stake in the company.
Shares in Greka Engineering closed up 28% at 0.800 pence Friday.
