(Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC on Monday said Nick Hirons, senior vice president of Global Ethics & Compliance division, and Roger Connor, president of Global Vaccines unit, both sold shares in the FTSE 100-listed drugmaker.
In a transaction on Friday last week, Hirons disposed of 5,790 shares at a price of 1,752 pence each, while Connor sold 6,200 shares at 1,752.60p each. The two transactions were worth GBP210,101.
It has not been disclosed how many shares neither Hirons nor Connor holds in Glaxo, if any, following these transactions.
Glaxo shares closed 0.4% lower in London on Monday at 1,754.00p each.
