DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Glaxo Executives Acquire Shares, ADS

LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC Tuesday said a group of executives including Roger Connor a divisional president and Philip Thomson, a divisional senior vice president acquired shares while General Counsel James Ford and Executive Director Moncef Slaoui acquired American Depositary Shares as a resulting of the vesting of awards under the company share value plan Monday.
