(Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare Group PLC on Wednesday said Deputy Chief Executive Giorgi Mindiashvili sold GBP24,721 worth of shares.
Mindiashvili disposed of 19,745 shares at GBP1.25 each in a transaction on Monday. Mindiashvili's total shareholding following the sale was not disclosed.
Shares in the healthcare provider were trading 2.4% lower at 122.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
