LONDON (Alliance News) - Guitar seller Gear4music PLC Wednesday said Chief Commercial Officer Gareth Bevan bought 13,920 shares at a price of 142.5 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Bevan's beneficial holding now stands at 134,382 shares, which represents 0.7% of the issued share capital of the music instrument retailer.
Gear4music was admitted to AIM in June, raising GBP9.0 million after expenses in its initial public offering of 7.2 million shares at 139 pence each.
Shares in the retailer were up 0.4% at 141.00p Wednesday.
